Tournament Rules

1. REGISTRATION
Registration for the tournament is only possible using the dedicated form on the website
www.eaglecupvolley.it, where all the instructions can be found.
The form must be duly completed in all its parts, and all the required files must be attached.
Registration will be considered valid only upon receipt of the completed bank transfer for the fee payment.

2. INSURANCE
2.1 Coverage
Insurance coverage from Fipav membership.
2.2 Liability
With the registration to the Eagle Cup Volley 2025 tournament, the appointed team manager must have distinct Fipav cards.
Participation in the tournament is at the risk and peril of the participants, and the team manager is responsible for all the participants he/she has registered, and who should be included in the list of participants.
Neither Eagle Cup Volley nor the organizer has collective insurance coverage for accidents, illnesses, theft, or damage.
Neither Eagle Cup Volley nor the organizer is responsible for compensation, nor are they responsible for financial losses or damage that may occur due to events beyond the control of the organizer, such as acts of war, fires, floods, interruptions in public transport connections, government actions, strikes, or other similar circumstances.

3. BEHAVIOR IN THE HOTEL
The Team Manager, as previously specified, is responsible for any damage caused by his/her players. Decent and respectful behavior is recommended, so as not to disturb the possible presence of other guests, and silence must be observed from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 Group Cancellation
The fee is 30% refundable only for those who cancel at least 1 month in advance.
4.2 Individual Cancellations
Individual cancellations (sick player, last-minute injuries, etc.) can be refunded as follows: – 100% refund for cancellations made at least 1 week before arrival; – 50% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival; – no refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival.
The same must be requested by sending an email to: segreteria@eaglecupvolley.it, indicating the name of the team + name of the athlete + any justification.

5. TECHNICAL RULES

1. Only clubs duly affiliated with F.I.P.A.V. can participate in the tournament.
2. Temporary loans of players between clubs are allowed for the duration of the tournament, provided they are properly licensed and under the full responsibility of the binding clubs, and by presenting a no-objection certificate from the transferring club.
3. An athlete can play for only one club.
4. Athletes from the same club can participate in multiple categories.
5. No game shifts for any overlaps between categories are planned.
6. Participating teams must have a minimum of 8 players registered in the report, excluding the libero.
7. Net height for the various categories:
UNDER 13 FEMALE: 2.15 m
UNDER 14 FEMALE: 2.15 m
UNDER 16 FEMALE: 2.24 m
UNDER 18 FEMALE: 2.24 m
8. The use of the libero is possible in the following ways:
UNDER 13 FEMALE: NO libero
UNDER 14 FEMALE: NO libero
UNDER 16 FEMALE: DOUBLE libero
UNDER 18 FEMALE: DOUBLE libero
9. Teams must arrive half an hour before each game as per the schedule.
10. The organization may decide changes in the order of the games and the playing fields if deemed necessary at its sole discretion.

11. Teams must arrange transportation from the gyms with their own means.
13. The organization declines all responsibility in case of facts or accidents happening before, during, after the event, except as provided by the insurance part of their F.I.P.A.V. federation cards; including theft or damage to objects.
14. The definitive group stage schedule will be communicated later through a specific file uploaded to the website www.eaglecupvolley.it
The final phase will be delivered on-site at each tournament.
15. Each group is designed to allow all teams to play the same number of games.
16. For anything not expressly written, the general F.I.P.A.V. regulations will apply.
17. First touch in reception free for all categories.
18. For the standings, the scores will be described in the program for each category.
19. The games will be played with sets of 21 points, a possible third (if provided) at 15 points.
20. In case of a tie at 21 or 15, advantages will be proceeded with.
21. In case of a tie in the group, it will be considered:
a. number of victories
b. set quotient
c. points quotient
d. head-to-head
22. The balls used for the games will be provided by the organization.
23. The matches will be refereed by federal referees.

24. Only one overage of a maximum of one year is allowed for each team.
